How this site handles the data of its visitors: in short, hardly at all.
The data controller is Mario Ciferri, organist. For any question about personal data, write to ciferri.mario@gmail.com.
This site uses no profiling or marketing cookies and has no counters or statistics tools (no Google Analytics, Matomo or similar). That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept. The site does not set cookies for visitors.
Typefaces are hosted on the site itself: no request is made to Google Fonts or other external services to display the pages.
YouTube videos on the Photos & Videos page are not loaded until you press the play button. Only then, and only for that video, the page connects to YouTube (in «privacy-enhanced» mode, youtube-nocookie.com), which may set its own cookies according to its own policy.
The site has no forms: contact is by e-mail links only. If you write to ciferri.mario@gmail.com, we use your address and the content of your message only to reply and, if an agreement is reached, to organise the concert. We share them with no one and do not use them for newsletters or advertising. We keep them for as long as needed to reply and to manage any collaboration.
As with any website, the hosting provider records technical browsing data for short periods (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and service operation. They are not used to identify or profile you.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to ciferri.mario@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
The site may link to third-party sites (for example the Festival or the Foundation that supports it): each has its own policy, for which we are not responsible.
